FCG Sells 40,600 SF Office Building

Forward Commercial Group (FCG) sold a 40,600 SF office building located at 17200 E. Ten Mile Rd in Eastpointe, Michigan. Prior to the sale, FCG Principal Broker Emil Cherkasov and Senior Associate Geoff Kotila worked vigorously to lease up the building achieving a high occupancy rate. Emil and Geoff represented the Seller in the sale.
