When I was 10 years old, my family immigrated to Michigan from the former Soviet Union with just $500, a few possessions, and no ability to speak English. Watching my parents navigate those early years, overcoming language barriers, financial hardship, and cultural shifts, has shaped my work ethic and continues to inspire everything I do.
