Forward Commercial Group (FCG) announces the successful closing of the Southfield Professional Building, an approximately 15,000 SF medical office building located at 17220 W. 12 Mile Road in Southfield, Michigan.

FCG Principal Broker Emil Cherkasov represented the seller in the transaction, with Senior Associate Geoff Kotila also contributing to the sale.

The transaction adds to FCG’s track record of representing owners in the sale of medical and professional office properties throughout Southeast Michigan.
