Forward Commercial Group (FCG) represented the buyers/developers in the acquisition of a prominent retail property in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. Although not formally listed for sale, the 9,034-square-foot building at 275 N. Old Woodward was successfully negotiated by Principal Broker Emil Cherkasov, achieving a record-breaking retail sale price of $719.50 per square foot. The buyers plan to redevelop the property following the future exit of the current tenant, Ethan Allen.
