Forward Commercial Group (FCG) represented the buyer in the acquisition of the former church property at 340 N. Main Street in Clawson – a 10,000 SF building on 1.91 acres. The site is planned for redevelopment into residential project, helping address the need for additional housing while creating a meaningful transformation for the property.
