Forward Commercial Group (FCG) leased a total of 14,000 SF of medical space during the month of November. Principal Broker Emil Cherkasov represented the landlord in a transaction with Ascension Hospital for 3,526 SF at 37500 W. 7 Mile Rd in Livonia. Cherkasov represented the landlord in a 4,368 SF transaction to an OBGYN group at 2221 Livernois in Troy. In addition, he represented both landlords and tenants for 2,400 SF at 33200 Dequindre Rd in Sterling Heights to a psychology group and over 3,600 SF at 17940 Farmington Rd in Livonia to various medical tenants.
