Forward Commercial Group (FCG) is pleased to announce the lease of retail space at 28142 Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak, Michigan, to Playa Bowls, a national fast-casual brand specializing in fresh fruit and açaí bowls, smoothies, and other healthy offerings.

FCG Principal Broker Emil Cherkasov represented the landlord in the transaction, bringing the established brand to this prominent Woodward Avenue location.

The new Playa Bowls location will bring a popular health-focused concept to Royal Oak’s vibrant retail and dining landscape.
