Serving as consultant, leasing agent, and exclusive sales broker, FCG played a pivotal role in repositioning the asset. During the ownership’s renovation phase, Principal Broker Emil Cherkasov transformed the underperforming, distressed property from 50% occupancy to 100% occupancy by securing high-quality local tenants. Following stabilization, he exclusively represented the owner in the sale of the fully leased, income-producing asset.
