FCG Represents 25,500 SF Office Building Purchase

Forward Commercial Group (FCG) represented the buyer in acquiring a 25,500 SF office building located at 42450 W. 12 Mile Rd in Novi, MI across from Twelve Oaks Mall. New ownership immediately commenced comprehensive renovations to all common areas, while FCG, serving as leasing representative, actively markets and backfills the vacancies that existed at the time of acquisition.
