Candidates must have current (1+ years) tenant and/or landlord representation experience in commercial real estate in any sector: office, medical, retail, or industrial. 


 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with inbound tenant leads to locate space from initial search to lease signing

  • Conducting custom office/medical space searches for tenants

  • Gathering and compiling market information to utilize in tenant searches

  • Setting and attending office/medical space showings, qualifying prospective spaces, and participating in new lease negotiations

  • Gathering and coordinating materials necessary for transactions such as leases, commission agreements, and more

  • Managing the on-boarding of new tenants using internal guidelines/systems 

  • Securing new client relationships and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking, drafting correspondence, relationship building, and referrals

  • Working with our support team to ensure tenant information, building space availability information, and more is compiled and tracked properly for internal/external use

  • Following-up with inbound tenants, past prospects, and existing tenants

  • Creating reports summarizing pipeline and marketing efforts for Principal Broker and landlords

  • Utilizing tenant retention best practices and negotiating lease renewals

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in company and other databases.

This professional-level position requires: 

  • Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license in Michigan

  • Minimum of one year of current commercial real estate experience either leasing, sales, or advisory

  • Ability to perform showings, property searches, prepare reports, and cold calling

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and confident professional with positive attitude

  • Highest standard of integrity, conduct, and ethics

  • Superior client service
