An ideal candidate will have a 1+ years tenant and/or landlord representation experience in commercial real estate in any sector: office, medical, retail, or industrial.

The Associate Broker Qualifications:

• Real Estate Associate Broker license in Michigan

• Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly

• Independent, positive self-starter who displays professionalism and confidence

• Provide superior client support and cultivate opportunities to further the success of our clients

• Contract negotiations, creative problem solving, and ability to bounce back

• Stays current on trends and local markets
